Aquarium and Interior Harmony

Aquarium and Interior Harmony

Often times, especially when working with interior designers and architects on large custom aquarium installation projects, we are asked to create aquascapes that are in genuine harmony with the surrouding space. Such was the goal here, where the aquarium is meant to be truly part of the interior environment, and not an afterthought. When faced with these design-centric situations, we seek always to balance satifying the client's needs with those of the fishes and animals living in the aquarium. This aquarium installation represented another opportunity to incorporate a drain and hose-connection for refilling the aquarium right underneath the cabinetry making routine water changes and maintenance more efficient. In every instance this leads to an aquarium that is cleaner and more consistent between regular service visits.
