An Aquascape Breaks the Surface–and the Rules.

An Aquascape Breaks the Surface–and the Rules.

Often times we at Aquarium Design Group get an idea for an aquarium installation or aquascape that we just have to try. In this case we were commissioned to create an aquarium layout and accompanying photo for a major aquarium products manufacturer. We wanted create an aquascape with great impact and an unique presence that goes well beyond the confines of the glass box and water. This custom rimless aquarium served as an ideal setting for a bold and colorful approach to the traditional open top aquarium style. As for fish, Angelfish, Congo tetras, and Roseline sharks were used for their great compatibilty and supremely contrasting shape and behavior in the aquarium.
